Kevin O’Neill

Mr. O’Neill serves as Washington counsel for municipal governments and other state and local governmental agencies. He helps these governmental entities take a position on a host of federal policy initiatives in areas involving law enforcement, economic development, education, housing, taxation, water development and land use, and health care.
